About Precastpro Silicone
Most silicones are not designed for how we use them in the precast, formwork industry. They are formulated for other applications that we make fit. Hence they tend to bead easier, excessive waste, inconsistent flow that inhibits smooth application required for architectural finishes.
Precastpro formwork sealer is specifically designed to be removed easily, applied quickly, smoothly filling the smallest gaps and breaks in the formwork seams.
Silicone is clear and neutral, less chances of unsightly stains. Achieving best results for the panels.
The sealer will preserve and not damage the formwork, by not eating into the steel or aluminum.
Due to its high flow nature Precastpro Everyday Formwork Sealer when applied correctly, allows greater coverage per tube (less beading), sharper finishes than most others, Ideal for architectural finishes.
Precastpro Formwork Sealer + is designed for low flow applications, where more body is required. Making it a wiser choice for higher temperature worksites.
