Our Tubes are thicker than other plastic/HDPE tubes available in the market.
Longer Tubes, less joins, saves concretor production time in joining tubes.
Less stock options required (saves warehouse space and conserves capital). Reduces wastage (approximate saving between 15% to 20% waste).
Accessories interchangeable with the HDG grout tubes.
Once Galvanized tube is cut, the ends are no longer protected. This is likely to corrode and effects integrity of the concrete. Renders it susceptible to rust streaks.
HDPE Tubes can also be used to hold scaffold balconies in place. With next to no cover the steel tube corrodes and leaves unsightly rust stains.
Global switch to this product (especially in post stressing). Grout on large projects tend to be applied via vacuum. HDPE is less likely to hemorrhage moisture & air through seams or breaks, hence MPA is not compromised and application is simpler.
